Cost = $900

Includes:

• $600 covers your 90 minute face to face with Dr. Mitchell.

• $300 covers your 17 panel lab draw. This is due at the time of booking

• Body composition

• Complimentary wellness follow ups as needed

• Access to advanced functional testing

• Direct referrals to additional GI diagnostic testing

• $600 is due at the time of booking (labs + half your appointment fee). Remaining $300 is due after your appointment

• $1000 covers your two hour visit.

Monthly following the first month:

Cost = $400

Includes:

• Weekly Semaglutide injections (as indicated)

• Weekly follow up with a wellness nurse

• Periodic Body Composition

• Includes five minute check in with nurse
