Cost: $1000 (includes $250 in labs)

-Detailed review of lab work, full health history, and creation of a personalized treatment plan
-Gain access to advanced functional testing and referrals for GI diagnostic testing as needed
Follow Ups: $400 for 1 hour, $250 for 30 minutes

Functional Nutrition Consultation
Cost: $300 (optional labs $110)
What’s Included:
-One 90-minute consultation with our Functional Nutritionist, Nicole Freyschlag
-Focused lab analysis and development of a personalized, root-cause-driven nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your unique health goals
Follow Ups: $200 per hour

- 2 hour initial appointment with Dr. Mitchell

Complete lab panel and baseline body composition
60 minute initial visit - 30 minutes spent with Dr. Mitchell, 30 minutes spent with Miranda RN
A healing detox powder to get you through your two week detox period prior to injections
Two Semaglutide injections given once per week
Cost: $400 monthly following the first month

Weekly Semaglutide injections (as indicated)

Due at time of booking: cost for labs and half of your initial appointment cost. Remainder is due at the conclusion of your appointment.
We accept the following forms of payment: cash, debit and credit cards, checks, HSA cards, FSA cards
Please Note: Gutwell Medical is a cash-pay practice, meaning we do not bill insurance. We can provide patients with a superbill, which they can submit to their insurance for consultations; however, we can not guarantee reimbursement.
